Perfect and decent position, I enjoyed staying in this place.

The venue was perfectly clean and the stuff where very amiable and attentive. The airport was 1 km away. The rooms were brand-new and fantastic, included coffee/tea making facilities, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities.

Booked.net failed to inform Raddison of my reservation. This was very disterssful but the staff at the raddison accomidated my needs.

The facility exudes a beautiful charm that really enhances the stay. Each staff member we interacted with seemed genuinely eager to assist.

Our stay was too brief, leaving us wanting more time to experience everything.

Use fabric softener on the towels. They were clean, but kind of felt like sandpaper! Overall, decent place though!

It was a lot fancier than I expected, but no complaints about that! It was very quiet, staff was very attentive with shuttle service and room service (food from their cafe was excellent). My room was so clean and comfortable and even though my view was only of the wooded trees, it was still a great view.

Primarily just that there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave for the price per night ( I guess I'm used to usually booking at hotels that have them). Also, I wasn't sure if there was an option to rent any movies because I got bored with the 50 channels. But overall, my experience was too good to be bothered by the above said.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Not as good as I was expecting. The toilet in my room clogged, prompting me to summon a maintenance man. The clog was cleared in a timely fashion. The next day, the toilet clogged again. The maintenance told me that he was going to ask the desk to take the room to do a major repair on the toilet. I requested another room and was given one after the room was cleaned. That afternoon , after realizing that I had left my bathing suit behind, I asked the front desk for permission to retrieve it. I was told that the room had been cleaned and was reoccupied by other guests. I was amazed, that the room had been given out with the existing toilet problem. I was also told that my bathing suit was in lost and found and that nothing could be done to retrieve since the "lost and found" persond had gone home for the day and that no one else could get it. Unbelievable. Ate dinner in the restaurant that night and the service was horrible. Food was good but waited forever to have our order taken while several waitresses were seen chatting in the servers station. Needless to say, we will not be going back!

Wonderful hotel, fantastic, new-fashioned rooms with 2 beds. A wide range of outstanding food. Unbeatable, incredible location near to downtown area, local attractions and other national parks.

The lobby set a great first impression with a cozy vibe, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Arrived on 12/23 with email verification of a 'Booked.net' reservation. Desk could find no record of my reservation in Radisson system, delaying my ability to check into a room. Although rooms were available, Clerk did not seem to know what to do or who to contact to resolve this problem and delayed room access for about an hour and then reluctantly assigned a room to my wife and I. He still had not yet determined the validity of my reservation. Upon checking out on 12/25 from Room 322, the desk clerk (a different one) was unable to provide me with a billing receipt, stating that there was no record of my stay at the hotel...which probably accounts for lack of maid service after 1st nites stay. Upon arriving home, I noted that "even though I was not there", that Radisson had billed my AMEX Card for the 2 day stay. {:>)) I would be interested in knowing what that was all about

I appreciated the cozy lobby atmosphere and easy access. The staff were accommodating, quickly assisting with check-in and offering warm cookies. The clean room and comfortable bed contributed greatly to my relaxation.

Longer breakfast service hours would be beneficial.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and spacious. The shower head was great, and the air conditioning was quiet enough that I barely noticed it-definitely helped me sleep better! Plus, they had gluten-free cookies, a nice touch on top of the regular ones.
